Collaborated with CIID's consultancy team on client briefs for Spotify, Roche Diagnostics and other clients. Conducted Design research to identify and define context, problem and brief. Iterative design process to extract key motivators, barriers, systemic challenges and insights. Created Rapid - prototypes for testing, and facilitated co-creation sessions with stakeholders to refine solutions.
